At Blue Bungalow, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments and place them in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or credit has been issued.
